+1 Upgrade Per Kill Beginner Guide: Your First Arena Run

Enter the arena

Your first run starts in the lobby and takes you into free-for-all PvP. Combat includes crits and knockback.

1. Press PLAY under your selected class to drop into the arena.

Build upgrades through kills

Each kill advances your gear one upgrade. The armor ladder is Leather → Copper → Iron → Full Diamond → Ruby → Shadow → Prism → MAXED. Death resets your upgrades to zero. At a high upgrade, a Gear Saver can preserve your armor after death.

Earn and spend Gold

You earn Gold through kills, assists, bounties, quests and playtime, and can spend it on perks and classes. To buy a perk, open Upgrades → Perks. Perks bought there work from spawn.
